Robby Krieger and JohnDensmore of TheDoors, jason_mraz & more will perform at the Homeward Bound Concert

"The artists, they all are just donating their time and energy and resources to make sure that this is a great event and hopefully one that can be sustainable," says Shank of the show. "This seems like a great way to bring people together and start something that hopefully can be an annual event to help a community that largely lives in the shadows."

According to Shank, event organizers in other cities including Seattle, Chicago and Washington, D.C. have already expressed interest in doing Homeward Bound Concert events to help the homeless community in their cities. He hopes the event will expand after industry folks get the chance to see the show for year one.

The concert will feature stripped down mini-sets from each of the artists, unique collaborations and surprise guests. Tickets for Homeward Bound Concert are on-sale now with VIP options available. Each VIP ticket holder will receive preferred seating, red carpet entrance, exclusive merchandise and a signed poster. Additional VIP offers include access to the pre-show reception and charity auction as well as a soundcheck party.
