A trial has heard Robert Charles Eccles gave a 16-year-old boy massages but disputes allegations he touched him in an indecent or sexual way.
Robert Charles Eccles , 71, is accused of indecent acts and sexual penetration involving a 16-year-old boy in 2012 and 2013.A south-west Victorian Indigenous elder accused of child sex abuse has acknowledged he gave a boy massages but disputes he touched him in an indecent or sexual way.
Crown prosecutor Andrew Grant said Mr Eccles began providing the complainant with massages when the boy was 15.
