Democratic presidential candidate Robert Fitzgerald Kennedy Jr. stressed his personal friendship with President Joe Biden, and said that his rival campaign is"nothing personal."

The environmental lawyer and author is running a campaign to unseat the president, but in an appearance on WABC 770 AM’s “Cats & Cosby Show,” he made it clear that he will avoid personal attacks, due to his personal affection for Biden. He also expressed his admiration for Biden's public service, despite their disagreements."I have a lot of admiration for President Biden, for the service that he has given to our country," RFK Jr. said.

He went on to list the various policy disagreements the two have, which RFK Jr. believes justifies his competing run for president."He and I just differ really dramatically on issues like the war, like censorship, like the control of Wall Street and the big corporations, of our federal government, and pharmaceutical companies, and also the use of fear as a governing tool, and I think our country is headed in a bad direction and that's why I'm running," he continued.
