Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said allies of former President Donald Trump approached him about joining the Republican bid for the White House as Mr. Trump's running mate.

I respectfully declined the offer,” Mr. Kennedy wrote in an X post on Monday. “I am against President Trump, and President Biden can’t win.
In his post, Mr. Kennedy was referring to a website launched Monday by Make America Great Again Inc., a pro-Trump political action committee, that focuses on Mr. Kennedy’s stance on issues. The website, radicalf-ingkennedy.com, calls him a “radical liberal.”
