He said a redevelopment was unlikely due to the heritage restrictions and a large easement that runs through the 2000-square-metre-block.“There is probably nothing you can do with it other than renovate,” he said. “It’s a shell of its former glory.” Heritage Victoria issued a repair order in 2020 for urgent works to the house and these were completed in April 2022.
