Rochester, N.Y. — Fighters responded to an explosion at Arxada, a specialty chemicals company on McKee Road, shortly after 1 a.m. Sunday.
The explosion caused extensive damage to the Train 2 building, along with the internal equipment, according to the Rochester Fire Department.The plant was not in operation at the time.
