The Parkhead boss feels the SPFL should create a 'standardised' rule for how many away tickets fans receive.

Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers has weighed in on the ticket dispute surrounding his side's trip to Tynecastle to face Hearts.

In recent seasons the Edinburgh outfit have cut tickets for away supporters, barring Hibernian who still receive the whole Roseburn Stand for derby fixtures. As a result Celtic have been handed just 576 tickets for this weekend's Premiership fixture and Brendan Rodgers has spoken of his disappointment in the allocation in the build up.

He said:"When you go away it is always good to have a group of your supporters to give you that backing but they are not there. "We cannot use that as an excuse, we have shown already with no supporters that we can get big results so we will be very much together and the 500 hundred-odd supporters that are there, hopefully, we can give them a good day.
