Those unconfirmed reports have the Stones rolling into town on July 20 -- presumably at FirstEnergy Stadium or Progressive Field-- as part of a tour that will include shows in Edmonton on June 18, Chicago on June 30 and Foxborough, Mass., on July 8.
It will also be the group’s first performance in Ohio without drummer Charlie Watts, who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 80. During the past six months, Jagger, Richards and guitarist Ron Wood were spotted working in New York, while recent reports have Jagger and Richards at Sanctuary Studios in Nassau, The Bahamas. The group is said to be working with both longtime producer Don was and Andrew Watt .
