“I don’t remember ever doing that,” DeSantis responded, not very convincingly. “Maybe when I was a kid?” Here, we’d like to note that one would probably remember fashioning a scoop out of their fingers to desperately consume a chocolate pudding—although perhaps this is the kind of thing that you do in some kind of half-consciousness and later, have no idea why people are giving you weird looks.
“But now you’re not having puddings?” Morgan asked, returning to a topic the governor clearly wanted to forget.
