After a humiliating loss to Penrith, the Sydney Roosters turned up the intensity at training, culminating in brutal sparring sessions that fueled their comeback victory against Manly. Forwards Spencer Leniu and Angus Crichton revealed the 'no-holds-barred' week at Roosters HQ, stating it was one of the hardest they'd experienced.

We knew we missed our mark against Penrith and had no other option but to make sure we didn’t miss it this week.
