NRL: Ben Hunt has spoke to the media for the first time after parting ways with the Dragons at seasons end.
The Sydney Roosters have locked up star halfback Sam Walker with a two-year contract extension that will keep him at the club until at least 2027.
Since making his NRL debut with the Roosters in 2021, the skilful playmaker has established himself as a key member of the squad.While an ACL injury sidelined him in the back-end of the 2024 season, 22-year-old Walker has made 77 top-grade appearances to date.“This club feels like home and I’m grateful for the support of ‘Robbo’, my teammates and all the staff.
“Sam’s dedication to improving his game and his commitment to the team is a reflection of the terrific person he is on and off the footy field,” Aubusson said.
