Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is teaming up with Dallas developer One Turtle Creek on a new condominium tower project, according to a report from the Dallas Morning News.
The condo tower, the Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek, is set to be located along Dickason Avenue. It is expected to span 17 stories and feature 46 individual condominiums starting at about $3 million, the report said.
Amenities are set to include a rooftop swimming pool and lounge, fitness center, library, private dining room, a dog park, first-floor lounge and valet. Lucien Lagrange, an architect based in Chicago, collaborated with interior designer Dan Fink Studio of New York on the design of the project, the Morning News reported.
The condo tower is slated to open in 2025, according to the report. It is the fifth standalone residential development from Rosewood, the story said. Rosewood, which is also based in Dallas, got its start developing the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, located about two blocks away from the forthcoming condo project. The property opened in 1981.
