'What an odd sandwich'
Ross Kemp was left asking "what an odd sandwich" after visiting an Asda supermarket while filming for a new programme.
The 59-year-old, who rose to fame in the role of Grant Mitchell on the BBC soap in the 1990s, went into the Asda store in Aberdeen on Tuesday and uploaded videos of himself onto Instagram and X, formerly Twitter. The retailer is owned by Blackburn's Issa brothers.In the video post captioned 'what an odd sandwich', Kemp said: ""Here I am in the Asda in Aberdeen. I've been sent out to get some medicine because one of the crew isn't feeling very well.
Kemp then turns the camera to show the book shelf and continued saying: "Here you go. Arnie... Musk... Ross Kemp."The post on X has been liked more than 150 times and attracted several comments from fans. One said: "Yes GRANT" while another replied: ""I Don't Believe It" A fifth joined in saying: "Peaky Blind. SOS, SAS your hat. Doing no favours for us baldies" while another fan scribed "Why are you presenting it like it’s Ross Kemp on Asda? I’d actually watch that to be fair."
