A man was found dead floating in a private pool in Rowlett, Texas, according to police. The DEA is involved in the death investigation.

An investigation was launched Tuesday after a man was found dead floating in a residential pool in Rowlett, according to police. Officers responded about 8:30 a.m. to a report of an unconscious person near the 2100 block of Indian Trail Court near University Drive, according to police. When they arrived, they found the victim in the pool and a person running from the home. Police said he “is possibly a person of interest.”At one point Tuesday, the Texas Department of Public Safety used a helicopter to search help search for the man who ran from the house.
