Roy Keane's biographer Eamon Dunphy explains the feud that kept him out of the 2002 World Cup.

Keane later fell out with Dunphy over a separate matter, but the pundit still insists that the player was right to speak out about the World Cup preparations in Saipan."And Keane was carrying a hip injury - the pitch didn't suit him, it was rock hard.
