“The War Memorial recognises that the frontier wars and other pre-colonial conflicts actually inform what followed thereafter,” he told Sky News host Sharri Markson. And that is why the decision has been made in the new galleries that the frontier wars and other … pre-federation conflicts … will be commemorated to inform what followed therefrom.”
