The article was accurate at the time of writing. Check the RSPCA website for the latest adoption lists.Rocky is a Labrador-Retriever cross breed and is thought to be around seven years old. He can become vocal when left alone, so for his reason, he is looking for a forever home where somebody will be around most of the time.
"Teaching Rocky calm greetings will need to continued for this and it will be included in his training plan, but because of his strong personality towards dogs, Rocky will need to be an only dog. He walks nicely on lead and loves his exercise, specially when he is long-lined across the fields."Louis is a three-year-old Saluki crossbreed who was used as a hunting dog before being cared for by the RSPCA and, for this reason, will always need to wear a muzzle when walking.
The RSPCA said: "Meet our beautiful Tilly, this girl a bundle of energy and she will need somebody who is experienced in owning patterdales or other terrier breeds. Tilly is not for a first time dog owner, she has come a long way in her time with us, she was initially very wary and reactive towards new people. However, if new people are introduced correctly, with the help of some hotdog sausages she is quick to make friends.
The RSPCA said: "Mint came into RSPCA care with his siblings and his mum when he was only a week old and he lived in foster care while he was growing up. He has been vaccinated and neutered and he is now ready to go to his new home. Mint is a playful little rabbit who just wants to run around. The RSPCA said: "Rolo came into RSPCA care with his siblings and his mum when he was only a week old and he lived in foster care while he was growing up. He has been vaccinated and neutered and he is now ready to go to his new home. Rolo is a gentle, calm little rabbit.
The RSPCA said: "Amazingly she has the most beautiful nature and is very friendly towards people and interested in the other rabbits we have here at the centre. The RSPCA said: "Marcus has come from a multi rabbit household and now he has been neutered he is looking for a female bunny to share his time with . He is neutered, micro chipped & fully vaccinated.
"He is a relaxed boy and always reacts positively to be being approached and spoken to. He is a lovely greeter and calmly waits at the front of his kennel when he hears you approaching. "He will take a bit of time to understand new people are not something to worry about and that people are good for him. Rico is nervous of new environments and can take some time to settle in, but once he is you can usually find him entertaining himself with his toys or snuggled up in bed.
Zena is looking for a home where she can be the only pet, so she can receive the one-to-one training she needs, and with children aged 15 and over due to her size and boisterous behaviours. The RSPCA said: "They are a bonded pair so we are looking at rehoming them together. They both love to play and are equally as loving and mischievous as the other.
The RSPCA said: "Sienna and Saskia are gorgeous girls who have found themselves in our care after their owner was unable to care for them. They are both friendly and love to play. Sienna and Saskia will happily entertain themselves but need a family who can provide them with plenty of things to do to match their high energy levels.
The RSPCA said: "They are friendly and sociable rats who are fine being handled although they would benefit from lots of regular handling and socialising in their new home. They need a large set up with plenty of enrichment."Lola is a four year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier who finds it hard to trust new people. She is particularly unsure of men so it is desired that she join a female-only household.
"We feel that Lola would benefit from a quiet, calm home with an owner who is willing to continue with training and socialisation. Lola would need to be visited multiple times at the centre prior to adoption."The RSPCA said: "Ginger and Pepper arrived in our care after their owner had a change in circumstances and could no longer keep them. They are both friendly and confident guinea pigs who are ok being picked up.
The RSPCA said: "Max is a very sweet and sociable rabbit who has found himself looking for a new home after being found as a stray. He has a very friendly and relaxed nature and he is always eager to come and greet you. Max is fine being held and loves his veggies. "Dash has already been neutered so he is looking to be rehomed alongside a neutered female rabbit which is the most compatible rabbit pairing.Sisters Imogen and Isabella came into the care of the RSPCA after they were abandoned outside by their previous owners. They are domestic shorthair cats who are around two years old.
Within a few days, she was greeting people and wanting some love. Staff at the centre have described her as the 'best cat in the world'. She has suffered from skin conditions in the past which has been managed by regular medicated baths, this might be something her new owner's want to keep up with. The RSPCA said: "This happy boy is Rocky. He is an extremely friendly dog who loves cuddles with the team and gets very excited when meeting new people. He is great to walk and enjoys wandering down the lanes with dogs from the centre. He doesn’t always appreciate people messing with his paws but is very food motivated which makes training quite easy. He enjoys going off lead in the paddock and can get quite giddy."Loki is a Siberian Husky who is around eight years old.
The RSPCA said: "Gwen arrived in our care at around 10 weeks old after she was removed from a multi rabbit household along with her siblings. She is a friendly and inquisitive rabbit who has bundles of energy so she is looking for a home that can offer her plenty of space to run and explore. She is still getting used to being picked up but will tolerate it. She loves munching on hay and enjoys the odd treat or two.
"Due to an accident before arrival at the centre, Aigo had to have surgery to amputate his left hind leg. He has adjusted very well to life with three legs and is slowly building up muscle on his remaining hind leg as his exercise has been increased. Aigo has been attending weekly hydro therapy sessions which has helped greatly as well as building his confidence having some time away from the kennel environment.
"He also enjoys walking with other dogs from the centre and gets very excited to say hello. Tommy would benefit from a home where his new owners would carry on his basic training and socialisation. He is very food orientated which makes training a bit easier. "New situations and meeting new people is still slighting daunting for him though so may give the odd hiss and seek comfort in his igloo bed but with a little reassurance, he soon realises that there is nothing to worry about. Once comfortable, he loves being fussed and he can’t resist a tasty treat or two which is a great way to his heart and winning him around.
"Pandora has been neutered so she is looking to be rehomed alongside a neutered male rabbit which is the most compatible rabbit pairing."Roxy is thought to be around eight years old and is an American Akita. She came into the care of the RSPCA after her previous owner become unable to care for her. "Following an accident in her previous home, it was found that Roxy had badly damaged her cruciate ligament which required surgery to repair it. Following the operation which took place in November, Roxy has recovered really well and the staff have been working on building up her exercise. We have also been taking Roxy to weekly hydro therapy sessions to aid her recovery from the surgery and help build up muscle mass."Bart and Bradley was looking for their forever home, together.
