It’s typically a cashless transaction, although some of the restaurant partners have managed to accommodate some guests paying in cash, Jeter said.
“You don't have to have a huge staff or pay out waiters and waitresses, or figure out how to seat somebody,” Jeter said.The restaurants employ any staff inside of their kitchens and have their own arrangements with third-party delivery companies.Seating and bathrooms will be available to guests and delivery drivers waiting for orders.
It’s currently part of a ghost kitchen accelerator program for Black food entrepreneurs operating from The AMP food hall at the 16 Tech Innovation District.
