Russell Hill’s widow has said she hopes Greg Lynn “suffers for the rest of his life” and has spoken about how much she misses her husband. Former airline pilot Greg Lynn was charged with two counts of murder and faced a weeks-long trial at the Supreme Court in Melbourne .
Russell Hill’s widow speaks to 7NEWS about verdict. He pleaded not guilty and claimed both deaths were accidental, but admitted burning down the crime scene, and moving and destroying the bodies of the two campers. A jury of 12 deliberated for seven days and returned a split verdict on Tuesday, finding him guilty of Clay’s murder but not guilty of Hill’s. On Wednesday, Robyn Hill told 7NEWS she was mostly relieved at the verdict as she thought Lynn may have been found not guilty on both counts.
