I sent out a tweet about this last week and got a response from some people suggesting that the fact the province has home addresses for benefits recipients doesn’t matter: “Haven’t you ever heard of direct deposit?”Article content “Your payment may be delayed for various reasons, including … you have not informed the ministry of changes in your circumstances, such as a change of address, household composition or income,” the government already warns in its “frequently asked questions” section for those seeking Saskatchewan Income Support.

I know this seems naïve, but with the already-existing rules, you could either go to their address and arrest the at-large offender, or cancel their benefits if they don’t live there anymore. Article content
