The United Nations’ nuclear watchdog says missiles struck a radioactive waste disposal site in the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv overnight.

According to The Washington Post, Russian forces pushed into Kharkiv, the country’s second-largest city, earlier in the day, but by 6 p.m. EST it remained under Ukrainian control.
