BREAKING | Ukraine's President says Russian forces are trying to seize the Chernobyl nuclear plant. The power plant was the site of the world’s worst nuclear accident when a nuclear reactor exploded in 1986 and sent radioactive contamination across Europe.
President Joe Biden said in a statement that he spoke to Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
