Former US Army Vice Chief of Staff General Jack Keane says Russia is now focused on “breaking the will” of the Ukrainian people after they recently fired a missile in a crowded market in Ukraine. “They decided to focus on breaking the will of the Ukrainian people – so they began to attack people in their residence and their commercial sectors,” Mr Keane told Sky News host Andrew Bolt. “They're fundamentally making war on the Ukrainian people – not military targets, to break their will. “It’s not going to work.”
