According to a report from the city council of Kherson, 15 Ukrainian citizens have been killed due to Russia's shelling last week.

On Monday, Zelensky said Russian troops are"capable of nothing but devastation," adding that the main topic of his meetings with foreign allies earlier in the day was"Russia's responsibility for war and terror."
