A Russian soldier who had reportedly been hiding for about six months in abandoned buildings after the liberation of the Kharkiv region has been arrested by Ukrainian police.
“After he was searched, it turned out that the man, who is from the Moscow region, was a serviceman of the 27th Separate Guards Motor Rifle Brigade of the Russian Federation’’,. “The detainee claimed he had been hiding since the liberation of the Kupiansk district by Ukraine’s armed forces.” Ukrainian police have not released further details at the moment and the Guardian cannot independently verify the claims.
