Producers for the film reportedly announced the move to Yellowstone Film Ranch in Montana on Wednesday.

The film was only about halfway through production when tragedy struck. The production team had previously said it wouldn't return to New Mexico but didn't announce a new location until now. The remainder of filming will have enhanced safety protocols, according to a report. There will be safety supervisors on set to oversee, and functioning weapons or ammunition will be barred.Baldwin is expected to make his first court appearance on Friday after his charges were downgraded. The actor's lawyers successfully argued that the Santa Fe County district attorney illegally charged him under a firearms law that was not in place in October 2021, when the shooting took place.
Initially, Baldwin was looking at a minimum five-year sentence, but now, he faces a maximum of 18 months if convicted.
