hletes. It leaves companies and individuals who seek to set up NIL deals with Rutgers athletes on their own to arrange and create them.KTR will essentially work as a middle man between donors interested in supporting Rutgers athletes through NIL and the athletes interested in fulfilling NIL deals that come their way. Donors to KTR can direct their money to the specific athletic programs they wish to support or to a general fund overseen by the executive committee to create NIL deals for athletes across all Rutgers sports. , ranging from access to meet and greets with student athletes and entry into raffles for autographed memorabilia to personal one-on-one training sessions with athletes and exclusive NFTs.Any deals that athletes sign with KTR are not exclusive, meaning those who do business with KTR are still free to sign other NIL deals with companies not affiliated with the collective.
