Neo-Nazi leader refuses to sign his bail forms while 14 men were granted bail after their involvement in a far-right rally on the weekend.

Sixteen members of the National Socialist Network , a neo-Nazi organisation, were arrested after taking part in a rally on the steps of Adelaide's National War Memorial on Sunday.The leader of a group of National Socialist Network members will remain behind bars after refusing to sign his bail forms.

"In my view it is appropriate to impose bail conditions … but I will grant you bail on those terms," Magistrate Davis said. "This is a democracy with a judicial system and so on … you are charged with two offences, that is the reality and I'll release you on bail and that's the reality as well," he said.

Police said he had allegedly displayed a Nazi symbol in the Adelaide CBD on Sunday and another today.Logan Boucher, 25, of Tasmania also initially intimated he would not be applying for bail, but later changed his mind after Magistrate Davis told him not to be a "martyr". Western Australian man Mason James Robbins, 30, and Adelaide man Shannon George Bartel, 24, were also granted bail earlier on Tuesday.
