San Antonio FC nets two goals in record time for comeback win against FC Tulsa

Bailone’s goal arrived in just his second minute on the field, as he entered as a sub during the 54th minute. Forward Justin Dhillon, who came on at halftime, ignited the play, sending in a contested crossing pass from the left wing. Before Tuesday, San Antonio FC had scored two goals in a span of less than two minutes three times — twice in 2019 and once in 2017. The previous record was 90 seconds, set on goals by Ethan Bryant and Jose Gallegos in a 3-2 win against Reno 1868 FC on June 8, 2019.
“Each of these players have MLS experience, so we’ll only get better, is our reality,” Marcina said. “I’m very optimistic and excited for this team. We tagged them ‘mentality monsters,’ and they showed it again tonight.”
