More salad than pasta.
The photo of this recipe looks beautiful. I love all the listed ingredients. I was sure that this would be something that we'd enjoy; however, I will not make this despite these facts because who needs to consume that amount of oil in one meal? Despite being a healthy fat, olive oil is very high in calories. I won't make a dish that's four servings that calls for 3/4 cup of oil in it, plus butter! It's no wonder that you did not include the nutritional values for this recipe.
The brussel sprouts added a little bit of bitterness but not as much as the arugula would have. Honestly, you could probably mix the anchovy sauce and pasta with any spring salad mix and get a really, quick delicious meal out of it.While this tasted fine, I don't think it was substantial/nutritionally balanced enough to be served as dinner without any form of protein alongside. And to be honest, with the amount of oil + butter, not indulgent enough to justify all the fat/calories .
