Sam Thompson has shared a touching video where he opens up about his latest collaboration with a charity that's incredibly dear to him.
He proudly announced his new role as an ambassador for ADHD UK, a charity dedicated to supporting those living with the condition. His Instagram post read: "BIG NEWS! I am so honoured to announce that I am now an official ambassador of @ADHDUK.CO.UK." "Changing perceptions of those with ADHD, and encouraging conversation around this topic is and will continue to be a huge and central part of my life. This is what I want my legacy to be, above anything else. Since I left the jungle, I've met so many children and adults who have come up to me, or contacted me to say I've helped change their minds on how they view ADHD."
In the heartfelt video clip, Hits Radio presenter Sam connects with 11 year old Thomas Millington through Zoom to share experiences about ADHD. Young Thomas asked his burning question, "How is it like having ADHD? Because I do have ADHD too" prompting Sam to reveal, "I think it's a complete and utter superpower."
