San Antonio man takes up role of Santa Claus for children with autism

He woke up early that Saturday morning to join his parents, Adriana and Jeremy Crostley, for a long-awaited moment. Adriana said her son has needs that require a lot of attention and care. She was happy Josh was in a place where he could be himself without feeling stigmatized.
