The boss of Italian restaurant San Carlo has been praised for a his 'legendary' response to a disgruntled customer. Managing director Marcello Di Stefano shared his tongue-in-cheek email reply with his Instagram followers.
And he also took the opportunity to make a point about some of the challenges the hospitality industry is currently facing. Mr Di Stefano wrote: "Our industry is facing many challenges and our teams are doing a great job. However every now and again there is someone that manages to waste everyone’s time."Luckily this evening I had some time on my hands. After the 3rd email in one day I felt the need to respond.
