Josiah Hueso is charged with misdemeanors related to the Jan. 6, 2021, breach
A San Diego man is among the latest to be charged in connection with the Jan. 6, 2021, storming of the U.S. Capitol, according to a federal complaint unsealed Thursday.
Hueso was also captured on a police officer’s body-worn camera, past the barricades, as well as by other cameras in the vicinity, the complaint states. The clothing and backpack he was seen wearing in the various footage was later seized during a search of his home, according to investigators.
