The TV chef and the actor, who got engaged in 2021, packed on the PDA during a romantic stroll through Central Park on Saturday.
Last month, she and Youcef, who is dad to twins Harris and Hannah with his ex-wife, Apryl Stephenson, celebrated their two-year anniversary at Bistro Les Amis in Soho.
“They love New York. She’s not as happy in LA.
