“So, there’s some urgency to just get as much going as quickly as we can to try and cut those figures.”With such concerning numbers, Roberts says he is “very disappointed” that the federal government remains a glaring omission from funding to the cause. But still no sign of change. Even more frustrating for Roberts and others, a treatment that is considered the gold standard overseas has been rejected by health authorities here.
