Regina's Isaac Simon, who plays for the U Sports' Alberta Golden Bears, made his pro debut with sask_rattlers.
Simon has earned that opportunity, stressed Rattlers head coach Dean Demopoulos.
“How about the young kid?” Demopoulos said of Simon. “He came back to earth a little bit in the second half,but I tell you, that kid, it does not surprise me one bit. I see it every day.” The Rattlers now have road games Wednesday and Thursday in Montreal and Ottawa against the Alliance and Blackjacks, respectively.
