Three affected Saskatchewan residents told the StarPhoenix the airline hasn’t returned their calls or emails. However, she said they’re frustrated that they can’t get a hold of the airline and won’t use Sunwing again. They looked into booking a return flight with another airline, but prices were almost twice as much as the whole trip. With this and with the possibility of layovers, they decided to wait for Sunwing.Saskatoon resident Fawn McKay has been stuck in Punta Cana with her adult son, who missed Christmas with family.
