Fedun told a meeting of city council’s transportation committee she has been using Saskatoon Transit for almost 40 years, and last week she finally decided she’d seen enough after three apparently intoxicated men got on the bus she was riding, didn’t pay the fare, then proceeded to lie in the aisles and behave rudely and aggressively toward herself and other passengers.We deliver the local news you need in these turbulent times on weekdays at 3 p.m.

“This has been going on for years and it’s not fair to the amount of people who depend on Transit,” she said. Speaking after the meeting, Fedun said taking cabs all the time isn’t an option; she’ll have to continue using buses.
