“I think the benefit of having an EDI audit will be that external lens on some of the things we may not see, and helping us map a path forward,” she said.“What we know is Saskatoon is growing by its diverse population, it’s growing by people that are new to Canada, and if we are going to continue to recruit and just be successful in recruiting period, we need to access that pool of applicants in a way that we haven’t before,” he said.
