Jimenez, Jr., for the July 16, 2020, fatal crash that left Jessica Vinsko, 36, of South Amboy, dead after being ejected from the motorcycle Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Acting Chief Joseph Mandola of the Old Bridge Police Department made the joint announcement on Saturday.
