A group of commuters aboard the rail line in Madrid saw their train car flood as record torrential rain swept across Spain from Sunday to Monday.

The worried passengers could be seen filming the flood, with the downpour visible through the train windows, making it seem like the train was stuck in a waterfall. Three others were also reported missing, including a father and son whose car was dragged into the Alberche River in Aldea del Fresno, and an 84-year-old man who was dragged by a flood current in Villamanta.
