Speaking about BBC 5Live host Campbell – who also suffered at the school – he said: “Our group is not just the Nicky ­Campbell Show but he has been ­brilliant, taking a group of lost souls and turning us into a really strong band of brothers.” John explained: “A boy had got up in the night to pee and had dribbled a tiny bit. Brownlee wanted to know who was responsible.
