A domestic abuser who throttled his partner on camera mocked his victim in a letter from prison saying he was “glad he never proposed” and “will melt that ring and get one made for myself.”
Christopher Forrest, who is serving 27 months for a horrific campaign of violence, also wrote that Elizabeth Shanks “thinks cause she has a nice body and t***s she can act like she does.”
The ex-delivery driver, 41, has shown little remorse for his attacks on Elizabeth which has left her suffering from PTSD and panic attacks. Forrest also said he was hoping not to get more time on his sentence. Elizabeth, who Forrest said was going to die during one of his attacks, added: “The case is over and done with. I want to move on and they should too. I am worried for when he is released but I am trying to just get on with my life.”
