Scott McTominay has been linked with a surprise move to Bayern Munich with Liverpool target Ryan Gravenberch moving to Old Trafford as part of the deal.

having reportedly bid around £30million for the United academy graduate earlier in the window. An Old Trafford exit this summer would see McTominay end a 10-year spell with the club, having joined their youth ranks back in 2013.Gravenberch did not feature in Bayern’s first league game of the new campaign but did come off the bench for the Bundesliga champions to play nine minutes of Sunday's 3-1 win over Augsburg.

The 21-year-old has long been the subject of interest from Liverpool, with Jurgen Klopp’s side having already held talks with Bayern over a move, as per the Mail Online. Gravenberch, a 6ft rangy midfielder, has compared himself to former United star Paul Pogba in the past.:"I am a kind of snake. Long, quite narrow and I slip along everywhere. I can learn a lot from Paul Pogba, he is also a bit of a snake."
