Certainly a more compelling story than ours, unless you’re someone who loves tales of creative accounting and a reliance on carry-over credits to meet emissions targets.

I’ve believed for some time that Angus Taylor’s days are numbered. Now it turns out they’re also numbered incorrectly.It was thrilling this week to read a news story about the Young Liberals that wasn’t followed by the word "disgrace".
Meanwhile, Jessica Rudd, daughter of former Prime Minister Kevin this week tweeted: "Is now the right time to share that when we moved into the Lodge in 2007, the sole remaining disc in the DVD player was? Happy New Year." The Howard family leaving discs in the DVD player doesn’t surprise me. When I worked at a video store in the early 2000s, I once had to call a customer about an overdue rental and was stunned to hear someone answer the phone with "Kirribilli House".
