What a night out this would be 😮

Detour Discotheque is opening up on the Isle of Coll in the Inner Hebrides to give partygoers some pretty unique weekend plans. The wee island has just 200 inhabitants, with organisers turning Coll's community centre An Cridhe into a glamorous retro paradise in September.

Organisers held their first party weekend in the tiny fishing village last April, with guests travelling from all over the world to soak up the Icelandic culture, trying to spot the Northern Lights while partying the weekend away. With a capacity of 250, the event will feature top DJs and bands playing floor-filler disco tunes under a spinning mirror ball. There will also be a special performance from Coll's own Cosmic Ceilidh Band.

Oban is around a two hour drive from Scotland's central belt and is also accessible from Glasgow's Central Station along the West Highland Line.
