THE son of a famous Scottish singer will be heading to a music festival near Glasgow this summer.

Niall Munro, son of famous Runrig frontman Donnie Munro, is bringing his hit Highland coffee brand, Birch, to The Reeling.

Munro, who is one of the co-directors of Skye Live Festival alongside Michael Pellegrotti, said: “It’s a big hit. We get lots of Glasgow visitors to our café, often young folk travelling around Skye. “Food and drink came a bit later for me when I was working with my brother in his restaurant in Portree, and after spending some time living out in Melbourne – I stumbled on the coffee scene and found the inspiration for Birch.

Unfortunately, though, these important debates are being spoiled by a vocal minority of trolls who aren’t really interested in the issues, try to derail the conversations, register under fake names, and post vile abuse.
