The search for two men missing at sea off South Australia's coast fails to locate any sign of them, despite the search area growing.
A major search operation has failed to locate any sign of two men whose boat has been missing off South Australia's Eyre Peninsula since last week.They left Coffin Bay for Goolwa last Thursday but reported engine trouble on FridayDerek Robinson and Tony Higgins left Coffin Bay bound for Goolwa in a wooden-hulled fishing boat named Margrel last Thursday.
The search area for missing men Derek Robinson and Tony Higgins now spans more than 103,000 square kilometres off the South Australian coast. Aircraft from Perth, Essendon and Edinburgh air bases have covered an area larger than Tasmania in the search south and east of Port Lincoln.
