Several animal rescue groups were contacted first but were unavailable, so Seattle Police Harbor Patrol officers climbed down into the pit.Wanting to get away from the pesky officer’s net, it finally dove down and swam out to open water.The duck tried to avoid the officer’s net but couldn’t get enough of a running start to fly out.
